Tourist visa is granted for visiting Russia for recreation, sightseeing, tourism or leisure. For negotiations with business partners, participation in an exhibition or an auction it's better to apply for AIM-TOURISM VISA (Connection Plus Visa Center Specialists would assist you with better understanding of your particular 'purpose of visit', as well as the application process).

Please note, that the Consulate General of Russia will not return any documents attached to an application form.

LIST OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Tourist Voucher. Connection Plus Visa Center provides this document from partners in Russia (extra charge will be applied). Voucher individually obtained is accepted (the Voucher should be issued by a Russian travel agency or a Russian hotel which has the license to invite foreign tourists, indicated as a Reference Number - MBT XXXXXX. “Hotel Booking Confirmation” is not regarded as Tourist Confirmation).
2. Completed, Printed out Visa Application Form. The form can be filled in online only, amendments by hand are not allowed. To complete application, please, use the following link: visa application form. Please note, that Professional specialists of Connection Plus Visa will fill in and print out the application form for you, if assistance is needed. This service will help you to significantly save time and avoid mistakes, during submission of the visa application (extra charge will be applied).
3. Original passport with 6 months' validity beyond the validity of the visa. Minimum two blank pages should be available for stamping the visa. Be advised that some Non-Singaporean applicants must have a Long-Term Pass in Singapore (such as Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, Student Pass) or a Permanent Resident Permit to apply for a Russian visa in Singapore;
4. For non-Singaporeans:  valid Singapore Employment pass , Visit pass/ Residence Permit , Disembarkation card : Original and copy;
5. Colour photo not more than 6 months old (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm; On a white background; In color with white background; On photo paper; Clear and focused; Full face with neutral expression; Without sunglasses; Without any head covering, unless the applicant cannot remove it due to medical, religious or ethnic reasons).
6. For Nationals of Eropean Union, Israel, Iran and China  – Travel insurance valid in Russia for the whole travel period: original and a copy.

In PDF format, may be filled in by hand) Connection Plus Visa Order                                                   If  you visit Russia as a registered passanger of a Cruise Vessel , you do not need visa for 72 hours provided you spend  nights onboard and follow the group when leaving the vessel.
